If you are selling a wealth program or a direct sales program you will very likely need to talk to people on the phone. Actually, you will most likely need to talk to many on the phone. As we know this is all a numbers game, and the more people we speak to, the greater the chance for success.

However, there is one problem with this and I would like to discuss it today. How can we possibly talk to so many people on the phone in a given day and actually market our program as well?

The answer is we cannot.

Internet marketing is, though appear simple, it is actually a full time job that requires tremendous effort, thought, and planning. Internet Marketing also requires a well thought out strategy which is extremely time consuming to say the least. As a part time part time artiste and part time internet coach and mentor for newbies, I know that I cannot possibly sell and market my programs at the same time – there simply isn’t enough time in the day to do both.

This is where delegation of responsibility comes into play. An example of this would be to hire someone to do your craigslist posting. You can find a reputable outsourcing company or find and hire someone from the local area. Another area of delegation is in the area of sales. If you give a sales account executive a nice commissions, and treat him or her well, you will not have to spent 16 hours of your waking hours working in your online home based internet marketing business.

In my opinion, this is one of the most important aspects of delegation as it has worked for me.

Delegation is the key to running a successful online internet business and maintain your sanity at the same time.

Work from home should be a freeing, liberation, empowering experience… not a prison.

When you feel successful you will be able to do more, explore more, and when you do more and explore the chances of money coming to you will increase, thus increasing your ability to accumulate wealth.

Success is a habit, so is failure and mediocrity. Do not keep telling yourself that you have failed when you are not able to achieve the smallest expectations or result that you are after, take it as a learning lesson. By telling yourself that you have failed in any of your attempts, your subconscious mind will pick this up and it will interact with your external effort at your next task and cause it to fail. This also applies to mediocrity – if you tell yourself that if you just want to get by with your current earning, your subconscious mind will work it such that you will only get by with what you earn, no matter how much you make those excess money will just ‘disappear’.

Therefore, since success is a habit, you must train your mind to accept that success comes easy. Only when your mind is comfortable and used to success, then your path to success will have less resistance.

Always recognize and acknowledge success in every attempts, celebrate it – no matter big or small. Because if you do not recognize any of your attempts as success you will perceive it as a failure. Always give yourself a pad on your back for starting a task and a clap on completing it. This is an excellent way of rewarding yourself. It will lift your spirit and you will get more energy to attempt more.

Remember, in the law of attractions, likes attract likes, thus if you want success, always feel that you are a success.

I learnt this from a mentor, and this is a powerful way of developing a success habit – keep a Success Journal. Write down 5 successes for the day before you sleep. And only focus on your successes, by doing so will force you to create success. Successes need not be big or significant as many people perceived it to be. It can be as simple as getting your wardrobe spring cleaned.

I remembered once when I was sick and had to spend the day in bed, not able to do anything. When it is time for me to take out my success journal to write down my successes for the day, I realized I had nothing to write because I had not been able to work the whole day. So, I got up, went out to the hall to see what is it that I can do. I saw my mom washing the dishes for dinner, so I went to help her washed and dried the dishes. Then I helped to take out the garbage and keep the laundry for the day. After that I went back to my room and put down in my journal – washed dishes for mom, dried the dishes, take out garbage, keep the laundry and guess what was the last item I put? Got well enough to help mom with her chores!

See, successes need not be big, the important thing is to develop the Habit of Creating Success!
