It had been said that action is the bridge between our inner world and our outer world. Do you agree?

Action is the one that can lead us to success, having known all the facts on how and what to do alone is not enough. Nothing will happen if no action is taken to get the things that we want to do going. No action = no result = no success.

Many people are afraid to take action, although they know exactly what to do, because of fear. Are you one of them?

Why do people have fear? Fear arises as a result of the personally perception of what will happen if they fail or they are fearful of what other people will think of them if they fail. In short, fear is the anticipation of pain.

This anticipation of pain arises because of our survival instinct. Our mind had been conditioned to protect us from external thread, it acts like a sentry looking out for danger, scanning for what can go wrong or what is wrong and automatically send out warning signal whenever it senses any form of danger.

Are you one who delay taking action because of the possible failure or wrong?

If so, to put it simply, you are probably staying in your comfort zone and looking out and say – ‘What if I failed because of the action I have taken?’

If you want freedom, any kind of freedom, then you have to stop listening to the voices in your mind. Simply observe your mind and says, ‘Thank you for sharing!’ and take the necessary actin to grow and succeed.

The secret to success is to learn to act in spite of fear. Step out of your comfort zone. It may be difficult at first but as you practise more it will become easier with every attempt.

Successful people have fear too but they don’t let fear get in their way.
